Denver Wedding Photographer (in Boulder): Courtney + Mike

Courtney and Mike’s wedding in Boulder was picture perfect in every way.  As a wedding photographer, I get to see some of the most beautiful places in Boulder, Golden and the mountains and Summit Country as I go to different location to photograph weddings – and this was no exception. Their wedding was at the stunning yet down to earth, ranch outside of Boulder.  The wedding took place with views of the mountains to the west the aspens just starting to change as this quintessential fall in Colorado wedding!

There are few wedding photos I like taking more than when I get to photograph the first look between the bride and the groom on their wedding day.  Mike, the groom had one of the best reactions to seeing his bride that I think I’ve ever had the chance to photograph!  When he saw Courtney if was was clear he was thinking, “I can’t believe I get to marry her!”  So cute, so sweet.  Such a perfect wedding moment.  And I know that this has become one of their favorite photos of their wedding day.

Another really beautiful thing about Courtney and Mike’s wedding outside of Boulder as the flowers!  I loved all the colors they’s chosen for their wedding day.  The bright flowers against the dark barn and the light browns and yellows of the September fields was just stunning and so much fun to photograph.  Are you sensing a theme here?  Every time I turned around on their wedding day I was struck by how picture-perfect it was an how delightful it was to take wedding photos of!

When you think of a wedding ceremony that is truly blessed, trust me this is about the best you could imagine.  I don’t think there was a dry eye at this touching wedding ceremony.  The Colorado mountains to the west, the sun shining high over head, the sparkle between the bride and the groom.  So lovely.  Thank you Courtney and Mike for choosing me as your wedding photographer- it was an honor to get to know you both and to take your wedding photos!!
